New Delhi, India, October 3, 2003

The conference focused on discussing the key issues that could affect US-India strategic relations in the areas of national security, defense, terrorism and relations with other countries in the region including Pakistan and China. The discussion centered on how these relations should evolve by assessing current obstacles and developing a strategic view.
